help removing this stuff?

for the 2002 civic LX..

i need to get the little door on my glove box off so i can get it painted. does anyone know how abouts to get it off? are there any hard to find screws or pins that hold it in place or what?

and also, the center plastic pieces where the seatbelts are held in, im having trouble getting those off. because of the latch that holds the seatbelt onto it, is there any way to get that off? if anyone knows what im talking about? ill get pics later today to further explain that part.

are you talking about the armrest glove box?

and the red buttons for the seat belt release?
