need picks on how to install a "fuel pressure regulator, and fuel pressure gauge, i hear its easy just need some pick to help get started. any idea or links let me know

First off, do you know where the stock FPR and fuel filter is? What type of gauge and what type of FPR? Is it rail mounted?

honestly therma I don't know, a lot of the time I can tell you if I was looking at but I don't know, I have only been doing this for year, and most of the I learned have been from doing it. To your question without looking stupid, no I don't were the fpr is at, and it is b&m gauge.

here's what a fuel pressure regulator look like. It's on your fuel rail:

The fuel pressure gauge is simple. Find your fuel filter and unscrew the banjo fitting on top. Place the gauge on top and use the fittings it came with. Yours and mine is on the same location.

Look at this picture on the right side of the battery and you'll see a gauge. Mine is NOT a normal install since I have another sensor T'd off beside the gauge for another fuel pressure gauge that is read remotely.

hey what will be a good number to adjust it to, when i started before changing it, we were at 37, right now i am running very rich any idea

37 psi is actually about normal. Mine sits at 40 psi.

How can you tell if you are running rich? Do you have a wideband system? Let me know.....

well i dont want to sound stuipd but when i am acclerting my air/fuel gauge is staying at rich, as soon as i stop to falls to lean, and friend of my says that how you would know, i guess is that right or wrong. is my friend wrong ,

well, any narrow band is not really that acurate but your friend is right as well. Narrow bands are only worthy of it's function on WOT (wide open throttle). But then again, GReddy emanage base map is notorious for having a "rich" set-up anyway. If you plan on keeping that emanage, I recommend to get the rest of the hardware/software to be able to tune it.....

I am done with the project, my only question is my gauge is set at 39, when open throttle it hits 46, I am thinking about putting it at 34 and letting it hit 39 or 40 what do you think

You're talking about fuel pressure right?

I really cant say where it should be cuz each motor reacts different. There are many variable to this, that is why you should get it dyno tuned. Sorry man....

OK I am working on the funds now for that, hey not to jump off subject I got a guy that to sell a s100 hondata w/map, he paid 400 I was thinking about it what do you think? And any other things I need to ask him for?
