Lowering an '02 4dr.....

I plan on getting some 17 or 18 inch volks for my 02 accord. i want to lower it also. i was wondering how much you guys think i should lower it and what else i would need besides coilover to go with it (dampers etc.)

Depends on what look you want to achieve..

With 18's, the Prokits are pretty much the obvious choice IMO..

with 17's, it depends.. I have 17s and I'll be going with the prokits, simply because I dont want any trouble.. Plus I drive it in winter.

for shocks, if going with prokits then KYB AGX shocks. If going with anything lower use Koni yellow or Bilstein HD .

Coilovers suck, no comfort at all.. Even with true coilovers.

Don't think the KYB AGX is available for the 6th gen, so you may have to go with Koni Yellows.

I wouldn't say coilovers give you no comfort, they just give you less comfort.

common sense is required to interpret information properly..

Sorry, couldnt hold back..

dude, you must admit that it is probably one of the most uncomfortable setups.. Thus, in that situation, the comfort level is close to the lowest point.. (0..1..2..3)
