lol, performance fuel rails a joke? Sure aren't a joke when you need to add more fuel because of detonation.

If you need to give them away, I'm in VA

yes, honda-tech.com is where it's at.

thanks foir the lead.
the bigger reservoir volume of a holley rail prevent running out of fuel when you have huge injectors and a pressure regulator that is set to keep a certaiun pressure. You need th fuel on hand to not run over the supply capacity. When you say something , be specific , it is a hard thing to do some times , esp . when rushed .

the reason they are a joke is that the stock fuel rail supplies more than enough fuel for 400hp, actually the limit is somewhere near 600. furthermore I have never EVER heard of anyone going lean cause they're fuel rail just couldnt handle the necessary fuel flow.

now hurry everyone, start your arguments. let the rice talk begin!!!!!

^he's right...

You're fuel consumption will not be aided by a larger volume of space for the pressurized fuel to be in.

The injectors will either exceed the feeding capacity of the pump or they will not...

The reason every stock turbo'd car has small diameter piping is because it's not the volume that counts anymore... it's underpressure... so the smaller the piping the faster the turbo can pressurize the system... once pressurized the only thing that will stop it from flowing enough air is the supply capability of the turbo... not the size of the piping.

So essentially all a larger fuel rail will do for you is take the fuel pump longer to come up to pressure at start up.

The most effective way to increase fuel flow to the cylinder is to enlarge the injector size period. Aftermarket fuel rails are a joke. To me it's more of a decoration anyway....
