Wireless Router

I freakin' cant stand this D-link that I have. I get better connection and internet response on a 2 bar neighboring unsecured router. Any sugestion of a better one? I'm really about to smash this one to the floor!

I love linksys routers. I have a wired linksys router and a wireless Belkin router. The linksys has always worked great for me. The Belkin router is junk!

Are you running 802.11G hardware (card and router?)

Bewarned linksys is not all its cracked up to be wirelessly. Repeated single drop, loss of broadcast and slow speeds are just a few of the problems I've had with wireless linksys routers.

netgear is so so and dlink products just suck in general. Frankly I haven't heard anyone who is actually happy with their wireless set up.

For web surfing most wireless is good, but once you start moving files over a few MB you start seeign the difference. Read teh reviews on the model you're thinking of buying, could save you alot of headaches.

I recommend netgear or linksy, I've used both and never had problems with either one.

I use linksys.. went from wired to wireless connection, don't notice much of a difference unless I'm gaming, and even then it's not bad
