So here's my term paper idea

Not really diggin it, but I needed it by tomorrow...

The over-prescription of antibiotics and overuse of antibacterial products.

I need to know how many of you have antibacterial soap in your shower (where it is almost totally unnecessary).

Liquid or bar soap will say on the box.
I'm excluding facial soaps, because of it being antibacterial/alcohol based has cosmetic purposes.
Shampoos are not usually antibacterial.

great idea for the paper. are you going to touch on parents who overmedicate their kids at a young age, rendering antibiotics useless to them in later years, and also making resistant strains of bacteria and viruses?

I think its selfish for parents to give their kids medicine for a common cold. tough it out, and save the meds for a serious condition.

and to answer: we have suave deoderant soap and zest. they dont say antibacterial.

well.....no i have victoria's secret products in my shower as well. bf uses the guys line. mmmmmmmm smells soooooooo good.

i have antibacterial hand soap on the sinks though, and i make sure the bf has anti-bac wipes in his work van. (he is a locksmith and everyone touches the doorknobs.ewwww)

good term paper idea. a few areas that go hand in hand.....obssessive compulsive disorders, immune suppression, lack of people knowing proper way to wash, and if you want to use the over use of antibiotics then you can also state how the over use of antibiotics in young children (under age 2) is leading to the rise in cases of autism.
