I'm selling it for $250. It cost another $250 for the rebuild anyway....

todays update:

It was a bitch trying to make an elbow and bends for this rerouted turbo-to-intercooler pipe. I made so many V-cuts to get the turn that I needed. Wlding this together with a flux core wire fed machine also was a challenge.

I had to make it come to the front like this to improve ground clearance and over pipe length versus trying to go around and over my traction bar. This turbo sits low also.

I wrapped the first 10 inches of the charged pipe to minimize radiant heat caused by the turbo manifold.

Just let me know bro...........

Update:
It was a productive day. I started around 8:30 AM with snow and rain coming down. Even my garage heater cant keep up with the cold wind. GT35R install is complete. Downpipe and dump tube fabricated, welded, painted, wrapped and installed. Sparco seats are in. New NGK wires are in. Fresh oil and filter change. AEM EMS reinstalled. Traction bar is functional (installed). Bought a new battery. Started the car and it fired up! Warmed up the car and took it for a couple of runs on the street. GT35R fuckin rocks!

I did so much welding on the piping fabrication as you can see from the pics.

Tuning will be scheduled when I get back from Maryland. I need to take my TE37's out and reinstall the Rota Slips since my winter tires are on it. More to follow..............

We did some street tuning last night with the AEM and wideband. Boost spikes past 10 psi on a Tial 38mm (on a 7.25 psi spring). We are going to hook up the GM boost solenoid today to minimize or cancel this spike. Overall, the car runs awesome. VTEC is set at 5100 and I loose traction on WOT whenever VTEC hits.........

We set the VTEC low to see what the motor will do while reacting to boost. I have a stock JDM ITR head. Cams are stock JDM ITR.

UPDATE:
Hooked up the GM boost solenoid and it improved the boost spikes and power feels more responsive and linear. However, I still get boost spikes on 4th gear rolls. We have the boost cut set at 11psi. I havent driven a fast car in a while. Today, I got scared again on the third gear pull at WOT all the way up to 92000 RPM.

My 38mm WG is not holding boost. I'm gonna look for a 44mm now.

Also, another issue is the oil leak. I'm leaking oil behin the block somewhere. I've already check the oil pressure sensor, my GReddy adapter plate, oil temp sensor, oil pressure sensor (to electronic gauge), oil pan gasket, and the head/block mating. I have no clue where this oil is coming from. My catch can is dry as shit. I'm gonna clean it off and start the car while on a jack stand. Maybe I'd see it then.......

I had a friend that converted an old school OHV motor to a c.o.p setup. He spent hundreds of bucks and weeks upon weeks trying to get it to work (which is finally did). He did it just to clean up the engine bay. Count me out of that one.

Still looking for an oil leak. Looking around, I found that my VTEC solenoid also had a miniscule leak. I worked on my tuner's car today. He shattered his reverse gear and second gear synchro. So we pulled the tranny out. Then a phone call came from one of his sponsors offering him a great deal on a proto-type twin disk clutch. I ended up buying his Exedy twin disk for $850 so he can test out this new clutch from his sponsor. The Exedy only has 5 miles on it .
