Yes, very true. Hard to think like that when I come home to a crunched up Sol in the driveway everyday though.

Oh well, at least I got my check already

And Nonov, thanks for the link but it doesn't work

The car had 114K on it. They said it was worth $6505.75 (nice number huh).

The buyback was $500. So I got the $6005.75 plus towing and storage fees (which the insurance guy gave me like, $70 extra for) and $1000 for medical to avoid a lawsuit. I went to the ER later on the night of the accident, but I got insurance so it will only cost me $75.

Total of the check was like $7327.99 I think. Minus the $250 I had to pay to get the car out. I drove the damn thing home though. That's right, still drives.

Damon,

I'm sorry about the bad wreck on your car.

Maybe the truck driver is idiot.

Thanks Paul, I appreciate it.

The trucker was a complete shitkicker by the way. Definitely not the quickest dude out there.

Gonna start to pull the engine this weekend, should be fun.

Yeah, not so bad right. I'd still rather have my car though. I'm drivin' a Pathfinder and it's no Honda

It's actually a pretty nice truck. I just miss the Sol.
