Yea, take for instance the fat kids that tried to sue McDonalds. You can always BLAME someone else, but that doesn't mean it's always the right thing to do.

And going back to the subject at hand, IT'S ALL IN YOUR WORD USAGE. Break out a thesauraus. There are always ways to "spin" what it is you're trying to say to soften the blow, if you will.
