What to Do...

Eh...lately all i've been doing and going to school(not doing and work and failing everything) and sitting at home...
I'm yearning to learn more about cars...
but i don't know how i'm gonna be able to do that...:(
I mean...I go into the turbo forum and i see all these people talking about their turbo setups and whatnot..and giving info to others about what to get what not to get...what does what and so on and so on...
I wanna be like that...
I was thinking about going to some autoshop and asking about an apprenticeship job there...but for some reason, i just think i'd get embarrased going in there not knowing shit about cars...
I mean, i do know what some stuff does...and what mods can be used for specific gains and whatnot...
but my knowledge is limited to just that...
I WANNA KNOW MORE!
and i have no idea what to do...
