Do guys ever follow you around?

Guys all over this town are always honking, waving, or following me around, just today these 3 guys in a 99' accord saw me my sister and my best friend driving in my sisters jetta to our grandma's house and they flipped a u turn in the middle of the road and got right behind us and they started swerving, honking, and flashing their lights, then to top it off they pulled up beside us in the wrong lane and drove by us, my sister isnt the flirty type she was totally ignoring them and me and my friend were laughing so they finally passed us and pulled over. Does this ever happen to you?
