i am SO fed up with the import vs domestic crap. its not on this board... im getting my hate from a few others, but how can someone hate a car for performance reasons? i can understand the whole show aspect and making a car look fast, i see where the domestic people get off by nailing them for that. but honestly, i know i dont have a fast car, its kinda quick.. mid-14's (when i finaly get a good run) but for some reason im still a ricer in their eyes.... you guys have seen my car, its very stock looking besides the rims,cf hood and rs lip. i know the power of a domestic, and i know they can be fast as hell, i know the power of my car and i know it never will be. people get so retarted and ignorant about stuff. they look at hp and tq numbers to say they have a better car. strait line dosnt not make a car, that makes a rocket. there are very few imports that are good for dragging. mainly rx7's. they make beast drag cars. supras are pretty good too, and so are skylines, but they are better road cars. you dont hear them saying crap about porsches and lotuses and other european cars, because they know thy have strait line power, and can handle like crazy. import guys dont get off free on my rant though. there are some out there who think we have the cars handed down from the gods. as far as honda drivers.. we have WRONG wheel drive cars. sure it can be built to get into the 11's or 12's but its built. real cars 12's is jsut a starting point, then you start weight reduction, fine tuning, major build ups etc. we're already there when we're in the 12's. skylines are not gods gift to cars, sure i think they may be the best all around non-supercar but its not the fastest thiing on 4 wheels like i get the vibes from some people..... oh im gonna stop before i start tredding in hostle waters... ive had this on my mind all day and had to get it out. it was so bad i was wondering why i even mess with cars and thought about just selling mine and buying a lexus or a bimmer or something to cruise in. hopefully i feel better after this nice shorter than i wanted rant.
