on saturday my dad had an accident and it wasn't his fault. basically the other guy cut him off and flew the scene of the accident. the car has a bent fender and the bumper out of alignament with the rest of the car. after the accident i noticed that the car leaks something like tranny fluid but i'm not sure of it. THe car puls left a lot. so since the other guy flew the scene we reported it to the police and then we notified the insurance company about it. they want us to pay the 500 deductible even if it's not our fault. what the hell of bs is that ? i think i need to look for another insurance company.ohh btw the company is Nationwide ( on the "hit and run side"
