is it worth it????

i'm plannin on gettin a sound system for my car.....
(all prices are in CDN$)


Deck: Pioneer DEH-P 7400MP = $500
Subs: Fosgate 3210 (10') = $420 for 2
Box: MBDV10 = $170
Amp: Not Sure Yet
Amp Kit = $80
Deck & Amp Install = 100

everything for about $1500 CDN (without the amp and prices above do not have taxes on them yet.....

what do you guys think?!?!?....is it worth it??? or should i pass on it?????
