69 Conspiracy

Erin and I have been working on this conspiracy theory for about 2 years or so now. We've been noticing that quite a few cars drive around with the numbers 6 or 9 in the license plate number. And normally the 2 are next to each other to read 69. Now most of us have heard of the sexual postion 69....if not tried it...you know who you are! I don't but you do hehe!!!....Well here goes the theory. I'm pretty sure that this is true for all states but at least in PA inmates make license plates....well most inmates aren't gettin the "Sexual Healin" that they want to be gettin I'm sure. So when they make the license plates...what's on their minds...SEX...hence the over abundance of 6's and 9's right next to each other in PA license plates. The ironic thing is...neither one of us has 69 in our plates...I have a 9 though...Erin has a vanity plate. I'm still tryin to think of something witty and amusing for a vanity plate.
