I had the same problem and no one here answered me either .
For all the peices on the door there are screws once unscrewed unscrew the little electronic boxes then there free to paint. The air vents..put a flat head screw driver between where they meet with the cars surface and gentle pry out same for the vents at the top of the dash. HOpe this helps bro
