My Car just got broken into.....gotta get alarm!!

I'm brand new to all this and need some help on a decent security system .......i would like for it to warn ppl when they get too close and it needs to have a light to warn theives to stay away.......i think pre-prevention is a pretty good deterrant.....is this link for a system any good? Here it is
