Most drinks are just sugar, which is actually no good for activites. Try complex carb drinnks with a little protein.

Hammer products are great and all natural.

Personally I dont use them unless i'm burning 600cal/hour for 3+ hours. Otherwise I let my body get by on water and make it up with a balanced meal.
