Oil Cooler/Relocation

So, I want to do filter relocation because Im tired of having oil spil down the back of the damn block when I take the filter off...among other things.
I want a cooler because...turbo and I cant afford to let it sit running as long as it should most of the time...so it would cut down on that (but use a thermostat to be smart )

Problem is, I know what I need, but Im not sure which way the setup should go
Here's what I came up with... (edited, because I came up with C...which seems best)

Red: Hot
Blue: Cool
Purple: Hot/Cold depending on thermostat temperature
