Ok, Ive had it...help me!

Like 3 days ago my fog bulbs died so I replaced them. As soon as I did that I started blowing the fuse for it. Absolutely nothing is different (bulbs are the same wattage and everything).
Im blowing 25's like firecrackers!

Also, every monday my battery is drained down to near zero. I cant find an obvious drain and it has seemed to happen all on its own.

Im really close to just giving up and taking it in to this little ancient japanese guy that works at a sunoco garage. I frickin hate electrical...
