hurt my leg
so i woke up today and had a little pain in my right leg, kind of like a pulled muscle but it felt like it "pulled" different, more left to right, and not up and down like most sprot injurys. then i ran my semi-daily 2 miles on it and when i got back it hurts like fuck now. i cant really bend my foot without too much pain to put any real weight on, but the pain is half way around my leg between my shin and calf half.
so thats my self diognosis... ive had this reoccurring every couple days to a week, but this time its actually painful to the point of barely being able to walk on it. should i get it checked out or is it just a bad pulled muscle that i need to wrap or stay off of.
