Featured Cars Improvements

We are diligently working on the Featured Cars section of the site. We've changed the layout a bit, and implemented the browse feature (although it's still in the works and not yet complete - but you can still see the basic workings).

Go take a look and let us know what you think. If you have suggestions/feedback please leave it now before the rest of the code is written...
