it all depends on your car, Instead of slappin on a turbo.
you should start out with some of the basic mods, this will improve your cars performance and help you understand more about your car.

i would start with intake,headers and exhaust.

this will improve the airflow in your car and you will notice a difference, and it will give you a better sound.
after that you could move on to other things like, distributor, wires,pulleys, etc.... these mods will require alot less maintnence.
