yes. heated o2 sensors are supposed to be changed every 60,000 miles. Not to mention all the other normal tune up items (if they havent been done) may need to also. I would do it all, plugs, cap, rotor, wires, air filter, fuel filter, PCV valve, and o2. Just my 2 cents.
