So I bought this thingy

Its a power bleeder that you can connect to the mc, pump it up, and it pressurizes the system so you can bleed your breaks youself. (It can also be made to do other things...its just a pump)

Anyways, so I tried using it when I did my rear disc changeover, followed the directions and the thing leaked like a sunken ship.

Now, I know the reason is because the "cap" isnt really designed for hondas (those euro car bastards get a fit threaded cap though), it just sits on top and the sides have holes for J bolts and wing nuts that hold a chain on the bottom of the MC to create a seal. Clearly it doesnt work.
Before you ask "is there a rubber piece in there?", the answer is "No". Clearly a rubber gasket cut out to the size of the cap would help.

Im thinking, however, of something a little more.......special.

My idea would be to take a stock honda mc cap, remove the floaty and wiring, and drill a hole in the top for a nipple to accept the hose from the pump.
If I used industrial teflon tape, and melted some plastic around the hole, do you guys think that the custom cap could take the pressure? To get a decent flow the system must be pressurized to at least 15psi and 20 in some cases I read.
