crazy setup!

ok has ne1 ever heard of this? i was talkin to this guy about cars and I said how I always liked the first gen turbo eclipses. and he told be that in japan for one year they made 250 eclipses that had somthing called seqentail turbos. instead of doubeling the boost like duel turbo set up does this set up squarted the boost and that this set up stock producted 25psi!!!! he said that mitsubishi didnt build up the engine enought and that only 20 of the cars are left running and that they are only in Japan do you think he was makin up shit or is this the real deal if it was that would be so insane
