I wrote to Speed channel before back when it was still Speedvision about that show. My email was something to this effect:
"Hi-rev tuners needs a lot of improvement. It needs to have more technical aspects rather than showing off a $10000 worth of stereo components (in one car) that will not do anything but slow down the car due to the amount of weight to allow for mounting and installation. In the real world, I do not see anybody dropping in that much money in an audio/video set-up anyway, unless sponsorship is involved. I understand that not everybody is uniformed on level of knowledge, however it should be split! You need more technical subjects! Renewing an oil, installing street glows, installing projector head lights, nor upgrading to bigger size rims/tires are not technical. I must admit that the biggest reason that I watch your show these days is in hopes of maybe incorporating some decent techs and seeing 1/4 miles numbers on imports. Other than that, the blonde girl is entertaining to watch but she really has no clue what she is talking about."
