So here's my new idea

I'll play devil's advocate here and argue against you somewhat.

1. If you're driving a minivan, it shouldn't matter whether you're running from the cops or not. You shouldn't be allowed to live just for driving a minivan.

2. Sex for Dummies ought to exist, we should encourage stupid people to attempt procreation...and we should take advantage of their stupidity and teach them something utterly ridiculous so we can all laugh at them. Never underestimate the comedic value of stupid people. We should not, however, allow them to actually learn how to procreate successfully.

3. People who wrap their vehicles around other objects as a direct result of their own stupidity should be given the best medical attention possible. They should be in good health to ensure they can longer endure the impending torture we will give them.
