I know this is going to sound kind of dumb, but I know almost everyone here has experienced this sometime or another. What is it you ask?.......muscle twitching. My right tricep muscle has been twitching since last night and it is driving me crazy!

I've had other muscles twitch before but not for so long. So I guess my dumb question is....does anyone know what I can do to make it stop? I've tried stretching it, but that didn't work. It's funny looking cause you can see it twitching. I don't even know if there is anything you can do, but it's starting to get annoying!
