damn targetword links

Sometimes when i go online, and go to some page, the page automatically refreshes itself and a word on the page turns into a link. LIke for word http://www.angelfire.com/ak5/aznriceownz2/example1.JPG

When i click the link it goes to some page with links to other pages and it pisses me off. Sometimes the links interfer with stuff, like in my hotmail I cant delete e-mails. I tried goin to control panel to look for any programs that looked wierd but couldnt. I looked around my C drive to find anythin. I uninstalled internet explorer and reinstalled it and nothin happened.
