Tokico Blue HP shocks/struts

I have a 96 accord and was putting lowering springs on my car and was going to replace my struts and was wondering if anyone knew anything about these Tokicos. I dont want top of the line just something to replace my worn out factories.. Im getting the eibach sportline springs just in case it matters...Opinions please.. Thanks
