OK my friend just bought a Ford Escort ZX2. I forget the exact year but Its between 98-00. Im almost positive they all have the same engine a 2.0 liter 16 valve. His is an automatic transmission. With no aftermarket parts. And he wants to race me. Here is what I have.

I have a 1994 Civic DX with an AEM short air intake.

My question is will I be able to beat him?

What do you guys think?
