Sport Shift lude

i'm looking at 2 ludes right now one is sport shift one is not.
i would like the 5 speed but the other is about 5 grand less so i thinking about going with that one

what would the drawbacks be with the auto over the 5 speed?
and man could i make it fast with 5 grand, but will the auto hold up to... lets say a 75shot of nitrous or maybe boosted turbo, SC?

please help with my desision.
