86 Prelude Si: Is it worth $500??

I am looking at buying an 86 prelude for a daily driver. I know nothing about Hondas so bear with me.

Anyway it has over 200k miles on the motor but runs fine. From what I have talked to the guy about everything else seems pretty decent on it.

The real question is: Is it worth it to risk a 200k mile motor and maybe have to put a new motor in it?

Anyone know a ballpark for the cost of something like that??
