touchup paint

About how much does touch up paint cost from a local dealer? theres like a 3 inch red scratch on my ****en driver side mirror. man I am pissed off. seems like some ****en retard open their door and slammed the door against my mirror.

so if I do the touchup...do I have to sand the mirror down or do I just paint over it??

And is it me or do I notice that the side mirror are "laminated"? whoever has a 6th gen accord, plz check..look at the side mirror closely.....you can see another layer of plastic or something.
