Need help installing Tail Lights

Hey guys I just bought some altezza Euro lights off of ebay, for my 1994 Civic DX 2 door. Here is the auction.

Well I got them in today and I installed the outside left one with no problem everything fit good. Then I do the one on the right and there is a gap at the top. Then I go to do the one on the trunk on the right and have a ton of problems. it just doesnt fit. Its like it is too small or something. I didnt even bother with the one on the right I ran out of time. I was wondering if anyone can give me some advice on what I could do. Or if you could tell me how you installed yours?
