Simple Accord Question

Yeah I just have a simple question that I'm too lazy to look up on my own. Nearly every day on my way to class I walk past this Accord EX. It has the dual exhaust tips , which I thought was just on the V6 models, oh yeah its the 94-97 body style. So it has the dual exhaust tips, yet it also has a 5 speed manual tranny. So I was wondering if other engines besides the V6 had dual exhaust tips or could the V6 come with a 5 speed? I thought the V6 for that generation only came with an auto.
