Not at all. It's this metal plate with holes in it that is installed in the rear bumper. It allows air to escape through the rear bumper, reducing drag and increasing down force on the rear of the car. It's mostly used for top speed cars.
   Last I knew, STR and Top Fuel made air diffusers, but they're really tough to find. |
