If someone ever hit me that had no insurance, I would beat them until they came to their senses and got insurance. Or, gave me money. Some WASTED old lady just smashed into a car that my little cousin was in. She t-boned it. And she was very careless about it and was getting all riled up with these 16 year old kids. Trying to say it was their fault and stuff. One time one of my friends rear-ended me and I don't think that she had insurance. She just told me to get the estimate and then her mom just wrote me a check.
