If you think hitting a deer is bad...

I was cruising down a back highway at night. (It was pitch black out) I was crusing at a steady 50mph when all the sudden I see two figures appear right in front of me. Oh Sh#t! I slam on the brakes thinking that there were two deer in the middle of the road. (Deer are very common in Iowa, people hit the damn things all the time, including me) I then realize what the two figures were. COWS! I probally came within 20 feet of hitting the 2000+ pound each animals. I got out of the car and there was a farmer chasing after them. This whole situation pisses me off because the farmer should keep his stupid animals off the road, and there are people who go down that highway at 130 since there is no traffic on it. Imagine hitting an object that weighs as much as your car at that speed! Man thats Scary!
