Mistubishi Evo VII + Suburu STI

hey everyone, whats you guys opinions on the New Mitsubishi Evo and Suburu sti.... seems that the japanase warfare over the two cars finally made its way to the states... considering the amount of stock low 14 second cars now it seems that theve upped the bar further and we all gotta work some overtime to keep up

heres a couple preliminary stats on both

EVO VII:

Engine: 2.0L 271 - hp I-4, Turbocharged DOHC 4valves per/cyl

drivetrain- AWD
0-60: less than 4.9 seconds

STI TYPE RA Spec C

ENGINE: 2.0L 276 - hp F-4, Turbocharged DOHC 4valves per/cyl

Drivetrain - AWD

0-60: 5.5 seconds 1/4mile in 14.0@97mph...

now i cant say, that AWD sucks up top considering the sti traps at like 97 and the evo will be doing low 13's from the factory at like 104mph i seriously have my hands full and the performance market that follows is sure to be a crazy one.... heeh the new evo will be a good run for the shitty drivers of the new 400hp gt mustangs that are to come out.. i expect though that chevy is gonna up the ante on there z06 after the launch of the 03.

But the future for the performance cars looks very bright indeed
