No, you are going to have to do plenty of other stuff to make that bad boy fit. You are going to need new motor mounts (try has sport), you're probably going to have to bash certain parts of your engine bay in with a hammer in order to make clearance for pulleys and stuff. It's a complicated swap. You are almost better off going with a B16 or a B18. You can get nearly as much power out of them with half the work on install.
