civic ECU

so can i put an EX chip in my dx or can't i b/c there is no vtech

the reason i am asking is b/c i can get one for $5

those EX chips are equipped with their own phones now?? NICE!! VTECH ROCKS!!!
swapping the ECU would be pointless.
but its $5, buy it and resell it to someone else for more money.

its the p28 right? put a gsr program on it and ebay it. my friend has a p28 with a gsr program in his prelude, and he's running quite fast

well i was really hoping to use it so that i can redline at 7200 instead of 6500

hmmm if you want to get valve float, then be my guest and raise your redline but until you upgrade the valve train I would suggest not to.

There's a reason your car redlines at 6500. Otherwise everyone would just remove their limiters and rev to the sky. You won't make any power and you'll harm your stock engine.

I have a mugen spec chip of the d15z (don't need it cuz i swapped out that dx crap). Holla @ me, Lbs031@yahoo.com. 5-15 horspower gains expected and you'll redline at about 8200 rpm .Let me know cuz i'm bout to throw it on ebay.
