Bah... dumb seatbelt

Hey guys, need some help again. Friday night was my High Schools Homecoming fball game, so me and some friends sported full body paint to the game... only problem is, we each took our own cars, and some of the paint got on my interior ... anyways, I got it off just fine using Turtle Wax upholstery cleaner, but cant get it off the seat belt!!! Anyways, the longer it stays on the seat belt the more it rubs off on me/interior... so my question is, how do I get this stuff off?!? It is just normal face-paint type stuff you use for halloween... I have tried leather cleaner, soap/water, upholstery cleaner... if I cant get it off, suggestions as to where I can get a new seat-belt would be appreciated. Thanks!

I've always heard hair spray works on stuff like that. Don't ask me how...

OxiClean

That stuff will clean anything. It actually works like the commercials say.
