i have a 98 civic ex and im looking for a new exhaust. what would be the best i could put in it for around $400?

thermal R&D, tanabe racing medallion, GReddy EVO......in that order. it's really about the quality when it comes to exhaust systems. otherwise your car would sound like a pissed off lawnmower.
