I am new to the whole modification scene and I was wondering if there was a nationwide autoshop that sells and installs body kits?(ex. pep boys, autozone)
If not, where is the best place to buy them?

Nope sorry your gonna have to go to a body shop somewhere to install it. Ask around to find a good shop that does great work.

go to www.importfan.com or www.asylumms.com and look at all the kits they have for your car and once you find the one you like, then call around different companys for prices.
