Quick Spark Plug Socket Question
Hey guys, I'm going to go pick up a torque wrench and spark plug socket to put my Denso iridium plugs in.
What size socket do I need to put in the plugs? I know its a dumb question, but I don't have my service manual with me... Thanks ![]()

just get one socket and try it until you can unscrew it, or weasier you could have an old sparkplug that's sitting around. anyway my toolbox has a special socket for plugs. it has to be longer than the others so the end of the plug won't hit the extesion or the ratchet. Why do u need a torque wrench ? 1/4 turn is enough to tighten them plugs.

I am going to get a socket that is padded and meant for doing plugs. Thanks for the response, but I'd really like to know the size. I think I recall that it was 15mm, but I really can't remember. As for the torque wrench, I like to make sure I don't over or under tighten them, and that does the trick.
