I owned that phone at one time. It's kind of complicated if you are use to Nokia menu layouts. I moved onto Nextel. I found myself misplacing it a lot since it is so small. Good luck.

I just got a new phone on Sunday because I dropped mine and I wanted the V60 but I couldn't get it so I got the one under it. My friend has the V60 and I'm obsessed with it. I know the menus on mine and your are similar. For text messaging on the Nokia that I just broke, I was used to that rapid text thing and then I got my new phone and it seriously took me until today to figure it out. I refuse to read a manual that tells you how to use a cell phone. When I use the cordless at my house, I get really confused trying to find the SEND button after I dial the #.

SELL OUT ! you read the manual. AND you're a guy. Guys aren't supposed to read the directions! jfwy.

Ok. To my dissapointment, I don't think there is an alarm clock. Which is KEY and it's not there. You'd think that it would but it does not. I went into the time and date section in the initial setup in the other settings menu in the main settings option of the main menu. Nada.

Yeah that happened with my old Nokia. I changed it to some whack language and then I couldn't get it back for the longest time. Do you send texts from your Motorola?

It's not that I will feel like less of a man because I'm not supposed to feel like a man. Directions just REALLY piss me off. The only thing that I will read the directions for is mods on my car because if you f*ck that up, that can cost you. For example, how much you're supposed to cut off the bumpstops when you replace stock springs with lowering/performance ones. Other than that, directions just really anger me. I tried putting together a futon once without the directions and I pretty much wasted 3 hours doing so. I broke down and read them. I guess with the cell phone thing is that I've had one for about 5 years and I apparently think I know it all. Which I obviously don't.

hehehe. yeah i know what you are saying. sometimes its just better to mess around with something and try to figure it out on your own, than to look for what you need in the manual.

Yeah, it's all about the "sense of accomplishment" for me.
