CAI, is it worth it?
as far as performance i have a short ram intake and a cat back exhaust. i have been wondering about getting an AEM cold air intake. i have heard that the short ram is better for top end and the cai is better for low end. i just want to know would it be worth the money to get cai or should i just stick with the short ram. and also should i get the new AEM V2 or the regular. thanks

No, I'd buy a header next if you already have a short ram and exhaust.

I used to run only my short ram iceman when I finally did put on the extension it made a big difference... probobly not as much as a header would but it was free for me so...
I'd get a used header and cai. But if your choosing between the two go for the header.

i would say the headers would do better than going from a short ram to a cai.

yup...exactly what everybody else said....get a header since you already have an intake... why waste a perfectly good intake when you can get something that would work well with your current mods....
if you want to increase the potential of your short ram, get a heat shield...cheap and easy...
