It requires air pushed through it, but the turbine also sucks a lot of air into it. Think if it as a turbo or supercharger. Even if you are still sitting still, it still shoves air in the intake. | |

				 | yeah... i know how a turbine works for the most part, i read a huge thing on how to make a turbocharger a turbine engine, and if its capable of 100lbs of thrust, i dont think it needs perfect airflow, cause that will push that kart with some power even at 30 or 40lbs of thrust
